Often building projects are approved for construction with a well-developed space plan that supports clients business goals, however a significant number of projects are mistakenly approved without clear strategy & understanding of design & construction process.
UBDC is qualified to provide superior project management because we have the experience, skill, & knowledge to deliver a seamless turnkey solution. Our proven delivery methods may be defined in two phases; strategic planning and implementation.
Strategic Planning typically includes careful analysis and development of optimal project schedule, developing appropriate project budget, and incorporating design firm with extensive project type specialty. Typically this phase will include concept development, and schematic drawings, as well as strategies for IT, AV, furniture, moving, and permitting.
The implementation phase begins upon approval of schematic drawings. Architects will generate final construction drawings for permitting while construction team develops final costing reconciliation. Upon permit issue UBDC implements control mechanisms for scheduled work progress and budget monitoring. Our proven methods will yield a positive & pleasant experience for our clients without surprises.
